This is NOT medical advice. The skill surfaces your own records; decisions remain with you and your clinicians.
Health data is sensitive. Understand that by querying via Claude, excerpts of your records are sent to Anthropic's API per their data policies.
Revoke the app's access from your patient portal when you're done.

トラブルシューティング

よくあるエラーと対処法

SMART launch fails with redirect error

Most portals require pre-registering the app's redirect URI. Check the skill's docs for your provider.

Empty results despite having data in portal

Your provider may restrict FHIR scopes; try narrower queries or contact support.

Lab codes show as raw LOINC IDs

Ensure the skill's code map is current; may need to update the clone.
